There are a few events and opportunities coming up that I wanted to mention to everyone. Some of you may have heard about these last semester, but for those of you who haven’t, here is a recap:
- STEM Out! Girls Event: A free open house on the UW campus for girls (only) interested in careers and study in science, technology, engineering, and math. Details are here.
- Microsoft Summer Internship Program: Microsoft has a summer internship program specifically for high school students. It’s a great opportunity, open to current juniors and seniors. Details are here.
- Microsoft Student Web Design Contest: A web design contest for teams of high school students. Details here.
